Any suggestions on where to mount the computer on a 1967 RS Camaro? I'm installing a LS2 out of a 2006 GTO, and want to use the factory wiring harness.

In the glove box, above the glove box?

Under the dash, just behind the ash tray. That way you don't lose the glove box usage.

Thanks for the advise. Where do you suggest I penetrate the fire wall?

We use a grommet seal on our harnesses.

If you are going to install a Vintage Air a/c I would highly suggest you install the evaporator now and then decide if you can fit your ecm under the dash. I have the smaller E38 ecm and the glove box was the only place that you could reasonably fit the ecm, so I mounted mine under the hood on the radiator support, https://ls1tech.com/forums/16355047-post160.html
