Default ? seen 11.08 psi on a 4.00 pulley@6200rpm

first i have a zl1 pump no bap no meth,car dropped fuel pressure @ 5500, I figured the trhe zl1 pump alone would be enough to make pulls to 6800 with no fuel drop off well some fuel drop but not down to 30 psi....and on the other note im cam full bolt on and D1 car with a 4.00 pulley, i dont think it should have seen 11.08 psi @6200. What could be up for this setup to make that kinda boost with such a big pulley.....and i do have 60lbers and just bought a BAP. It is also a new kit and from what i read it sounded like it was a bolt on 8 psi kit on stock car,with that being said with a 236/242 617 627 114+4 cam and ls3 heads with 1 7/8 headers i figured it would make less boost?????

just checked and my crank pulley is a 7''

With bolt ons, off the shelf New Era 228/240 .598 .590 +114 cam and the F-1D, I made 15psi @ 6600 using a 4.00 pulley. With 4.5 pulley, I made 11psi @ 6200 and 13psi @ 6600. I'm thinking of throwing a 5.0 wagon wheel pulley on to bring it down to around approximately 9psi @ 6200 and 11psi @ 6600.
