I have an '02 SS with C5 discs, calipers, and 17" wheels now. I'm wanting to put a taller tire on the rear for optimal traction at the track, but want a matching set of wheels all the way around something in the 15-16" wheel size. Can someone point me in the right direction as far as a particular brand of brakes (disc & calipers) to go with so that the smaller wheel will fit, but still have a good set of brakes for the streets. I'm basically looking for the best of both worlds. Any help and pics would be greatly appreciated, and thanks in advance.
