Default Longblock, Shortblock ???

What's the difference between a longblock and shortblock?

shortblock=block Pistons rods crank,cam and that junk.....longblock is that +heads, intake and all that junk

a long block is a shortblock setup w/ heads. doesnt include intake, fuel rails, injectors, ect. you'll want a crate engine for all that ****.

Shortblock is a block with crank, rods pistons rings berrings cam assembled.
The only difference is a longblock includes heads.
