Default 6.0 build ?

i just ran across a good deal on 6.0 and was thinking about doin a stock cube build. my question is my car currently has a 5.3 with ported 241 heads cut .030 has a tsp 228r cam fast 78mm intake and tb. will the heads and cam work ok on the stock cube 6.0 i know alot of people put the 5.3 243 on a 6.0 so on the heads im sure they will be fine but i just wanted some other opions before i made my mind up.

Would be a great swap. All that stuff will transfer over no problem, and the block gives more potential for later build.
