Default Finally TT my 2002 firehawk

well after a year or so after i bought the kit my car is almost ready need to button up some of the lose ends and remove the remove the rear tint but anyways heres the dyno graph.

Its a stock 2002 M6 ls1 with a 229 cam (dont know full specs) aps kit (stock turbos) on a spec 3 clutch I think timing was around 15deg if I remember correct
and this is with open cut-outs

the question I'm wondering is why is the tq so low??

I'm wandering why you think the tq is low for a stock ls1? Those look like pretty good numbers.
