Injector ?
I understand we have 24 ib injectors stock? If I go to 36 ib inj. How much hp are they good for? And will I have to change my fuel pump as well. My car is 2000 Z-28 I have 3500 stall, racing LT, P&P TB , LS6 intake, UDP, Ultra Z hood free ram air mod, I am going to be doing H\C , a street heat 2 cam from trick, and my 241 heads done by AI, RWHP guess around 430-450? I was told that I would need to up my inj., But they said nothing about the fuel pump. I thought the stock inj. would work for up to 450 rwhp. Any info would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

For your particular setup I would recommend a set of 42lb injectors from Fuel Injector Connection, and a Racetronix 255 pump and hotwire kit. If your planning to make upwards of 450rwhp I would recommend both the injectors and pump upgrade. Some people get away with pushing the stock pump this hard but if at all possible upgrade it because it's money well spent.

36 pd Pontiac GP injectors are fine, and also a lot cheaper then other aftermarket ones...think they equate to 42 pd'ers on a LS1...i picked up a used set on Ebay for a little over a hundred bucks....and like mentioned above have your fuel pump ported or get a higher volume one.
