Default Broken bolt... Help!

I have a broken valve cover bolt on the passenger side the last bolt closest to the firewall. My question is can i take the rocker and spring right in front of it to get access to the bolt. There is a little lip on the edge that i think i can get it to start backing out. I just want to know if i can take that rocker and spring off without it effecting anything else, then just put it back on and torque it back down?

You can take the rocker off with no problem. If you want to take the spring off you will have to pressurize that cylinder with compressed air to hold the valves closed, use a spring compressor to take the spring off. The valve stem will still be in the way though. It might be worth taking the rocker off first to see if that gives you enough room.
