Default Where to adjust panhard bar?

This might be a dumb question, but previous owner installed panhard bar so I dont know.

I just put in my moser 9" and the left side tire sticks out a tint bit more than the right and I can feel the alighnment is a little off now on it, so do I have to put the wheels in the air to adjust it and set it back down to see where its at or could I adjust while sitting on the ground? And since the wheel is more left, should I tighten or loosen?

I'd just back it up onto a set of ramps if you have some, and adjust it a little shorter.

Whether the wheels are up off the ground or in the air the important part is to make sure the suspension is loaded. Like 99Bluz28 said you can back it up on some ramps or jack it up and throw some jack stands under the axle just make sure the suspension is loaded. Adjusting it with the car on the ground can be tough because there isn't much room to scoot up underneath the back of the car. With our BMR on-car adjustable panhard bar you would want to tighten the adjuster which will in turn shorten the panhard rod and bring the driver's side wheel in as much as it is adjusted.
