Who should i send my harness/computer to for mods?

Who should i send my harness/computer to for mods? I've got a '03 LQ4 and a 4L80E that's going in my Bel Air wagon. i've got all the orginal wiring and computer, i don't want to mod the harness myself, who should i send it to? Speartech, PSI, ??? anyone else? What are your thoughts?? I got a quote from Speartech a while back and it was $450 for the harness mod and $200 for computer flash and tune. Is that a good deal?
