Default looking to buy racestar drag star wheels and tires, opinions needed

I am looking at a set of used racestar industries polished dragstar wheels with et street tires for my '00 formula. 15 inch skinnies in front with brand new yokahamas and 15x8 with 5.5 backspacing in rear with 50% worn et street 275/60/15. Will these work well for a 6spd bolt on car with 3.73 12 bolt, 241 heads currently - I am adding better heads and cam soon - maybe this winter.

Seller is firm at $800. Thoughts or recommendations?

Bought them tonight. I will let everyone know what I think of them after using them. I will post pics when I get a chance.

Sounds like you got a good deal. Best part is no grinding calipers!

Bought these off a member here through craigslist and didn't know it until we were there talking. ls2goatmilk is his username, what a great guy!!! I was wrong, the front tires are Kuhmo and the rears were worn a little more then I had anticipated, since it was an hour and half drive he knocked a couple more dollars off - Thanks Chris! Here's a couple crummy cell phone pics - the car is dirty so forgive me.

Were these the uni-lug design or direct-fit? Any caliper grinding? (Some people say yes, others say no) They look great! I'm thinking about getting some Dark Stars next year.

These are the uni-lug with the washers which I like - these wheels could be used on three different bolt patterns with just a simple washer change. No caliper grinding at all! They bolted right up. I love them.

It was nice to meet you and your son. Thank you for the tips on how to check tread depth and I'm glad your satisfied with them. They look bad *** on your car!

I like them they look good.I just ordered a set of 15x8 and 15x5 I am patiently waiting on them to come in.i am going to run the 275-50 nittos on the back. The centered washers works awesome on the unilugs. You got a good deal I paid 630 just for my rims.Time I buy tires I will be close to a grand.
