2007 LQ4 with 80e flexplate to 'glide. Will it work?

With a 'glide converter?
What do I need to change if anything?

It will work provided the converter is the one for an SBC. You need to remove the flexplate and mark and drill or elongate the holes for the converter as need be then reinstall it.
