Default Where to buy Torque Thrust IIs

Looking for some torque thrust IIs in 17x10.5 with a 5.5 backspacing, they will be going on a narrowed rear 2" on each side, i looked on a couple company sites and dont see that size offered. Who sells these wheels in that size?

No, still have the factory rear end. They fit perfectly, zero rubbing issues.

I ran 17 inch torque thrusts on my 70 chevelle and wanted a backspace they didn't show in the catalogs. My local tire store called american racing and ordered the exact custom backspacing I was requesting and shockingly it didn't cost anymore - I just had to wait a couple weeks for them to come in.

It was a few years ago so I don't remember exact but I think they were $279 each. Does that sound about right? It was my local mom and pop tire store. J & H Tire. I'd think just about any tire store who handles any aftermarket rims should be able to handle ordering wheels - you may even be able to contact american racing directly and order them yourself. I don't know for sure though.

Custom backspacing is going to cost the normal price - I don't think any "dealers" deal with those since Tom's Wheels went out. I miss that guy...

You can get custom ordered TT2's from wheels for less. Although it looks like you can only get 17x11's not 17x10.5's, I've only seen TTM's in 17x10.5. If you looking to buy local to you American racing's web site has a dealer locator.

yea wheels for less was where i was looking for them, they have them for $329 each, seems like they only come in polished aluminum and not all chrome for the custom ones. How do the polished aluminum wheels hold up far a staying clean looking for the guys who own them?
