First time at the track with my turbo C6(forced inductions gt91)
Finally got my vette to the track!! Beautiful day over at Atco!
Well it really took some time to get used to leaving with such a big turbo and a 6 speed and I still have plentyyyyy of work ahead of me to drive it to its full potential but for my first time out with it im happy with where i ended!
Break down of the car:
2008 C6 Z51
-418 LS3
-Front mounted GT91 turbo
-Stock 6 speed
-Stock rear
-Spec SuperTwin clutch
-Qa1 single adjustables
-Driveshaft shop 1000hp axles
-CCW Drag Pack-17x4.5-185/45/17 M&H-18x12 345/35/18 Mickey Thompson Drag Radials.
-20psi-20 degrees of timing-E85
Took some real time to get used to leaving with the car I was doing horriable at first but got better and better and just ran out of time. Im almost 100% positive i broke the C6 manual transmission mph record which was 152mph
I couldnt have done it today without all the help from my buddy Matt who built and tuned my car(also has the red camaro in my videos)and Chris(03Cobrra) They helped me all day long and made it so much easier on me to focus on doing better. I cant wait for the next time out!
Enjoy the pics and videos guys

Great day at the track bro congrats. I know the next pass was gonna go 9`s as you got faster with every pass. Plus you gotta love a car that picks up 40 mph on the big end!!!
Props to you for making it happen .. Props to Mattek on the build and tuning and Props to all the star racing guys for putting it down all day at the track.

Ya man great job, id love to take all the credit since i built and tuned it lol but u did some damn drivin out there and that last pass woulda been a mid 9bomb if u ask me but its obvious the drivetrain couldnt handle the power coming out of the hole, but atleast now we can fix it and build whatever broke better
congrats!!

Nice pass and awesome trap speed!
Fastest I went in my C6Z was 152.9 and afaik that was the highest manual trans C6 MPH for some time.
Any pics of your intercooler and what IAT's were you seeing? I was thinking about building something similar for my old car. Having it in front of the bumper support should allow for tons of airflow to the radiator from underneath.
