Default T4 divided flange

If you are going to block off one side of a T4 divided flange turbo to decrease spool time does it matter what side it is?

i would think he is talking about using a spool valve (i hope)

if you are using a spool valve, then no it doesnt matter because it will open back up once its the boost level you want

sooo just looked up a "quick spool valve, and now that i know what a quick spool valve is, yes im going to use one, i originally was going to run a waste gate on one side set too 5 psi give or take, this obviously is the same idea just a better way to go, sounds like people have had great results with them
