Tuning for T-56 transmission swap.

Tuning for T-56 transmission swap. Okay, I have a T-56 swapped in and want to make sure I have the trans settings as close as possible.
I have a GTO T-56 so the ratios are:
2.97/2.07/1.43/1.0/.84/.63
For my car, I have a 3.42 rear gear and running 275/40/R17s for tires.
What all do I need to change on the speedometer tables? This is running a PCM flashed with the T-5 tables from the dealer. It seems to be a little bit off, but kinda hard to tell since nobody around here does the speed limit.
