Where did you get your harness/engine management/ecu?

Where did you get your harness/engine management/ecu? I plan on going with megasquirt for my main project I got going, but today I bought a unfinished 1977 swb project with a stock 5.3 w/ th400 off craigslist. Its needs a harness/ecu, I plan on flipping this truck so I dont want to spend alot on it.
Also this guy I got the truck from has atleast 15 or so 5.3s, 4.8's, plus a few 6.0s in unknown condition pulled from salvaged trucks. Almost all of them are complete with hacked up harness' and he is wanting to sell all of them as 1 lot.
I would like to setup a quick connect engine run station to fire each of these motors to see if they are any good. Other than than my main project (meagesquirt), what would you recommend for these other situations?
