Sorry if someone has already answered this question, I couldn't find it.

I have a '08 GP GXP and I don't have a ctsy lamp in the trunk (unloading groceries/laundry in the dark can really suck). I noticed some '05 owners had them, and I was wondering if someone could post a picture the lamp installed. I was just going to buy the stock replacement lamp for now.

Also, if you can, please take a pic showing the connection to the open trunk sensor wire (or whatever it's actually called). I can always get a Chilton's if this isn't possible.

Can't ya just duck tape a jar full if lightening bugs to the inside of the trunk?

Your sure theres no light?
There should be one up close to the edge of the trunk. The wire is not in there very good..

I will look closer on mine. There is def light in the trunk. It could be coming from the reverse lights mounted into the trunklid and they are just shining into the trunk from the inside of the light assembly.

I have an imp SS and my light is in the rear deck lead between the speakers.

You might want to check again, My 08 GXP has one, dead center.Maybe the bulb is burned out.

Forget the junk yellow bulb in the trunk. Buy some cheap chinese 12" LED strips from ebay and put those in there.

uhm i tried that but there is never enough voltage in the rear. How did you power your strips?
