Turbo 6.0....will XER273=14 cam work ok?

Turbo 6.0....will XER273=14 cam work ok? Just bought a LQ4 that is a fresh rebuild that I'm going to put in my Buick. I'd like to put a Turbo on it. The car has an IC and Meth kit from the Turbo 6 setup.
The engine is a stock bottom end (all fresh with ARP Rod bolts) with the dish pistons. It currently has 243 heads and a MS3 cam in it.
But, I also received a Comp XER273HR-14 cam which is a 224/230 .581/.588 114 lsa. I was told it was used in the car's previous F1 Procharger build.
My biggest ?'s are will this cam work ok for boost? Should I keep the 243 heads with dish pistons or put a set of 317's on it? I also have a set of LQ9 Flat top pistons I could put in, but figured the dish would be best for boost.
Too many options. Car will have a TH400 trans with 3.42 gears. Turbo is still up in the air, but most say I need a S480
