Default Replacement build

My current stock bottom endH/C, full weight m6 TA with standalone nitrous, 4.11 strange rear gets 21.8 mpg on the highway and is capable of 10.9 on slicks. After 10 years of abuse. I fear my engine may go one day. I don't like my car being down so.... I need a suggestion for a motor that can do the same or maybe 10.5 but still be driven daily. So I don't want a big monster cam. My car drives like stock. Has anyone accomplished this and still get a reliable 20 mpg. Remember, I'll be spraying after the motor is broken in. Any suggestions?

I'm thinking a Texas speed 416 with eps cam. seriously want opinions.
Otherwise, I'll just get a stock ls6 with forged pistons.

Go with your first choice. You won't be disappointed. Geoff can make that 416 idle like stock but run like an animal. Call him and let him choose your cam for your combo.
