Default Head/Main Stud Sizes on different blocks???

Is there a difference of hardware size as far as diameter between the stock, re-sleeved, iron, and C5-R blocks? What is the limit of oversized hardware before it weakens the block for ultra high horsepower?

What about oversize hardware? What are the limits?

Depends on what you're doing, but is generally unnecessary unless you're s[raying a lot of nitrous or under high amounts of boost.

Waste of money.

The C5R blocks do not use factory metric threads on the head and main threads. The threads are standard. The studs used on the C5R are some of the best money can buy.

Well, what will the stock hardware hold and what upgrade will handle what kind of power?
