Sounds like a pretty big bumpstick for a DD & 3200 stall. Stock gears too I assume? IMO you don't need anything that big for 400 rwhp.

Comp LSL/LXL 227/234 113+3 if you wanted the most power while still being really streetable with a lot of lope.

With your stall I wouldn't go much bigger than a 228r. Driveability is ultimately going to come down to your tuner though. I can drive my tv3 in the city without an issue but wouldn't recommend my cam to anyone with a mediocre tuner.

A bigger cam needs a bigger stall. I would say 228r would be perfect as well. For heads I like AI.

Id say some AI 241s with a cam not as big as you suggested. Not sure whats good for stalled autos but I know the 228/232 makes great power and is very tame with a good tuner.

I use a EPS 226-230. Made the power in my sig.Drive the car anywhere and everywhere. On the interstae the MPG was not affected to much.In town it has decreased a bit. After eps tuned the car it has a noticeable lope but drives great. I think you would be fine with something like this or anything in the mid 22Xs to about 230 on the exhaust.

A 228r paired with a set of ported 243's from either tea or AI seem to be a pretty stout combo. ALot of people have had great sucess with that setup as well.

Properly ported 241s will make a lot more power than stock 243s. Whats your budget? Heres a pretty awesome package..
