Default New build: 2010 Camaro | X275 88 | TH400 | street car UPDATE: 01/18/14

UPDATE POST 01/18/14 #704
I sold my silver fourth gen to start a new project. My 2010 Camaro I have had since new. It was my DD for about 8 months, after that I just drove it when the 2002 was down. Well now its time to spot light it. Trying to make tx2k13. Rundown on what I am doing.

-custom front mount turbo setup retaining everything but a/c
-PTC stage WTF TH400 with PTC converter
-Precision X275 88MM turbo
-AES 370, Callies ultra billet rods, dragon slayer crank, diamond flat top pistons
-Chisled air/air intercooler 1300hp rating
-Squash performance E85 in tank pump
-FIC 127lb injectors
-G-Force 9 inch IRS rear end, 3.25 gears, full spool

I will update thread with pictures as we go like my last build thread. Stay tuned.

The car:

NO ******* WAY!!! that is my project!!!

I had a ProMod 88 in mind because of packaging and the wish of keeping AC.. but the X275 was my wet dream.

My 2010 has been sitting in the garage without engine for a loooong time.. I'm in the middle of a house build and a KY Turbo wait list...

I ******* hate you!

2010 Camaro SS ((1,200+whp turbo/TH400 build in progress)) Sponsors apply within"

Sounds like you are doing very close setup to Justin's setup in his truck, that should haul some ***.

You figure out where you going to put that turbo?

******* cars have so much **** under the hood. I haven't seen anyone put a decent sized turbo in one yet.. I built a rear mount Hotside for mine, but threw my big motor back in it and said **** the turbo.

Looked at doing a big front mount build with a 94mm but figured I would have hell trying to package it.

This whole thing is going to be a learning curve. Trying to fit everything will be tough but it can be done and look clean.

Yes, pretty close to the same combo in his truck. I hope it runs as good.
