Default Delayed shutdown

Still sorting out some things with my VC 2004 GTO motor/4l60e trans swap. When the engine is still cold and I shut the it off it seems to have a delay of a few seconds before dying. After it warms up, it seems to act fine. Any thoughts here? Thanks, Hal

Sounds like you are back feeding the ECU. My Miata runs power direct to the cooling fans. Once they stop turning (3 or 4 seconds) the car stalls. Unplug the fans and it dies as soon as the ignition is cut.
