No specific part numbers required. Hobbs switch is just a generic piece you can add in to your fuel pump wiring.

Manifold blocks are all universal. Pick up one, and I suggest using a T fitting and coming off the brake booster. Then mount in a location that you prefer for access or visual appeal in your engine bay, and run the needed lines to your hobbs switch, BOV, Gate, boost gauge if you have one, etc.

Let me know if you have any specific questions and I am always happy to help!

JOn, any pix or part numbers for the block? I have your kit but need to know what manifold to run and how to really run it.
I have also considered running a strange master cylinder on my car so I may not have power brakes. If thats the case what to do next?

This part is nothing specific to the kit, you can run it however you wish to fit your car how you want. You can hid it under a frame rail or bolt it to the shock tower if you want to show it off. Just have to mount it somewhere and run your lines. You only need a vacuum source, preferably right after the manifold. Here is a picture of one I picked up off eBay and where I mounted it, let me know if you need anything else!
