Default Cam Question For You NOS Guys

I have been contemplating the t-rex for my setup but after talking to a guy on this forum he brought up something that i did not even think about and let alone know. I will be running a 250 DP and the specs on the t-rex 242/248 .608/.612 110LSA. He said that the 110lsa would cause to much cylinder pressure? i want a cam like the t-rex that has maybe even a little bigger lift and has a fast rap up for N/A and will perform well on the juice. I know i can not have the best of both worlds but i want to make sure that a very powerfull N/A cam and a safe and good juice performer. suggestions?

What do you guys think

244/248 .612/.612 112LSA

It is a custom billet grind and i was told that it would perform well N/A and very well on the juice because of the split with higher exhaust duration. i was told that a cam similar to this put 60 at the rears. i am thinking that this cam will rock and rumble.thoughts?

Well I've got an LT1 but here's my .02. Won't you give Comp a call and they could custom grind one for you for about the same $$. They can make recommendations and grind one up on your mods and you don't have to know a thing about cams! Crane told me yesterday (I was asking about my valvesprings) and the guy said to keep about 10 degrees between the durations. I've seen most nitrous grinds with about 114 LSA anyway. Again, just my .02.

i would personally like to have at least 6 degrees of split between the intake/exhaust duration. i used a 222/232 .540/.572 114lsa. that cam swap picked up 5mph over the previous cam(stock) on nitrous. on motor, i just picked up a .10 from my previous best.
