My new ride/Ealy Christmas present well finally got me a C5 after months of searching...so I finally settled for an 04 auto with 65k miles. K&N intake/Filter and Corsa exhaust are the only mods other than the C6 Zoh wheels, which I will gladly trade anyone for with a set of Y2K's and new tires...

lol....they aren't that bad, a Cop lives across from me as well as underneath me and to the left.. but I don't plan on living here much longer since it a long *** drive to work for me...(Eldridge PKWY & I10 to Hobby).... and thanks, it's gonna take me a bit getting used to coming from a Full Size Crew Cab GMC truck..

also, I've seen some people take the plastic block off plates from the front bumper, does it actually help keep it cool in traffic or just mainly a cosmetic preference?

no sir, the ones around the fog lights, like how the Z06's have a mesh screen there but no plastic back plate..
and thanks for the kind words, it was a long road to finally get into one for me but all the work finally paid off. as far as the wheels go, I'm just not a fan of how they flow with the C5, just my personal opinion is all, not saying they are ugly, just not my taste is all..
