315/35/17 Mickey Thompson ET Street II review
When: Bought these tires november of 2011
Rain: These tires were adequate in the rain, but not ideal. I had to drive 10 miles under the speedlimit and didn't give it any gas and they worked as they would with any other tire.
Grip: Dead hooked with mods in sig, spraying 150shot nano @ 3k on the street and on the track on a A4/4l60e with a stock stall launching at 1600RPM
Price: More expensive compared to other drag radials, but price is well justified considering what its designed for. Paid a little over 500$ installed and balanced.
Tread life: Excellent for a drag radial. Put on about 25k miles with these tires, see pictures below and replaced them this month. 90% highway miles and 8% city miles and 2% racing miles. With tire cleaning cycles before numerous runs on the street (lost count), and semi smokey burnouts at the track (about three times) I was very surprised i got what I did out of these tires. Prior to these I had 2 sets of nt555r nittos, those only lasted me about 5-8k miles with same driving habits.

Good tires for sure. How did you only get 5-8k out of 555r's? Those typically always go 15k+ miles, ive put 25k on a set not problem and know ppl with 700whp cars getting 15k out of them.

Also, I gave those to my best friend and he was cutting a 2.0 60' on his truck haha.. showing wires and everything. The passenger side still has alot of tread left for some good runs on his truck.. too bad the driverside is junk now.

What was your 60ft on the 555r and the Mickey?I just bought some 555r just curious. What tire pressure should I try at the track?I got the 275 50 15 which would have a little more sidewall on a 8 inch rim.

for them not being a tall tire, i've seen people cut 1.5's which is up par with regular et streets.
With regular et street's mightymouse was capable of cutting a 1.2'ish 60' running mid 8's, and the et street ii's were the tire of choice to for heffner lambos to break into the 8's.
With the nitto's I would get 2.1's and 2.2's and I noticed that I am required to burnout longer with the nitto's vs my MT's. With that being said, stangkilr uses those exact tires and cuts very good 60's with those, and those will be my tire of choice when i grab some taller tires on my racestar wheels. Cant beat the price.

et street's and et street ii's
Both use the exact same soft tread compound. Only difference is tread pattern. The et street ii's were geared more towards being more street friendly and work better in wetter conditions.
If i wanted a taller version, regular et streets hands down, but for your 17-18-19-20" wheel they are a perfect compromise!
Here are the current sizes.

That's awesome. I just replaced my 315/35/18 Toyo Proxes TQ drag radials yesterday. Had them mounted Aug 2010. So 2 years and 4 months of daily driving, including many highway trips and a good bit of street racing. Had ~20k miles on them, and still could have gone a bit longer because there was still visible tread.
