It looks like a TV series off of a detroit diesel, most likely a bus. What are the numbers on the tag, I can't make them out. I've used this type turbos on sbc.

I can't find anything on those numbers, my guess is that tag has been replaced during a rebuild. To get a rough sizing you can measure the inlet opening (compressor), the exhaust sizing should either be stamped or cast on the outer rim of the inlet mounting flange or just inside the inlet (exhaust housing). (.109 or .132 etc).
