Question What to do? PLEASE HELP

I am about to buy a 99 TA that is built to the ying yang an just want to spruce it up a little more for the track last time out it ran mid tens. (Guy that currently has it). Preferably would like a two stage for safety of the motor. Neighborhood of 200-250 shot total. Could i go more? Need to go less? I want complete safety!! What kit? Any info will help thanks.

There are some things that you shoul ddo or find out from the current owner before looking at nitrous. First thing that you want to find out is the specifics of what has been to the car. You want to find out the fuel system that is currently in the car.

Something you might do as well is find out the power that it is making on motor now before spraying anything. The power level that it is at now would help us determine what you could spray.

Is the rotating assembly forged or is it stock?

Really give us as much information on the car so that we can figure out what would be best for you.

Strongest car I've ever set in i guess is what i would say (defining ying-yang). I ve not set in many built cars though. However i ve owned c-rockets and this car will outrun em. (600's).

So does it have nitrous already or are you looking at putting a kit on the car?

There are plenty of stickies about nitrous floating around. They will help to point you in the right direction. As someone else stated it would help to know more details on the car as well as what your goals ET / power wise.

Im happy with the ET it runs now but u always want more. I highly doubt ill ever see 9's of any kind but i would be estatic to see it break 10's. And be safe. Let me know anything else you want to see and ill get it. I'll look for cam specs.

If i could hit your times i would never come off cloud nine. From comparing your built to mine it looks relatively close to me, i guess if i push hard enough it could be possible to break 10's. Your car looks and sounds sweet!!
