I would love to have a 3D file from GM with the original F-body design.
I think that the car was created in 3D CAD, not 2D. Guess they where using UG to design gen IV Camaro.

Reason I would like to have the 3D file is that it would be extremely much easier to create a custom design in my 3D CAD program. Like moving the engine, make it 4 wheel drive and create a really well designed protection case.

I would like to have the 3D file/ files from the designer, not any reverse engineered 3D file. 3D files format in STP, X_T or IGS would be great!

I mean, there should be no reason for GM not to let this 3D design go public for 3D freaks like me The car design is old and not for much use for any competitor.

Now I will have access to a 3D scanner. That will be interesting to see how useful that data will be
