Default Where is the throttle blade adjusting screw on a Fast 92 TB?

May be a stupid question, but I may try to play with the TB blade adjustment screw on a Big Mouth Fast 92mm TB to let more air in to help me start reliably when the temp drops below 60 degrees. It should be a star/torx screw...but is it on the back side of the trigger with a spring, or is it on the blade itself? Any pics? Can you access it without removing the air intake or maf or TB? Counter clockwise to open right?
Thanks, and sorry if it is a stupid question.

It's between the throttle cable cam and the TB opening, it has a small spring on it.
Turn the allen screw clockwise to open.

Thanks Man! Picture and All! Quarter turn clockwise should do it from what I've read.
