Default F Body vs GTO

This isn't another which one is better thread.

I was just curious as to how much more parts for a GTO (LS1) cost compared to an (LS1) F Body? I've heard a lot of people say that since the GTO is limited production that parts are substantially more expensive compared to an F Body. Can anyone chime in on this?

The body parts cost more, as do the suspension parts (not too bad though). Mod prices for engines are identical since the engines are identical.

Of course the body parts are going to be more expensive but the only thing that I really saw that has the GTO tax vs Fbod are headers. Other than suspension/body, everything else was very close.

How about other parts? Like shocks, struts, springs, control arms, clutch, radiator, etc etc.

^^Those are pretty much considered suspension components with the exception of the radiator and clutch. As said before, those types of parts are going to generally cost you a little bit more, just because of what it is.

I would say besides body and interior parts, most of the other stuff is relatively the same in price. Maybe certain drivetrain parts might be more expensive due to the limited vendors selling them.
