Default A question about the TSP 231/237 cam...

I have the Rollmaster double timing chain. Does this cam need to be advanced or retarted? I just had this cam installed and it's way down on power and torque compared to my old "small" cam. The car needs to be tuned alittle better but it's not bad. I'm down more than 20 rwhp. Any help would be appreciated.
