Default can coils be painted.......

Just curious....I'd like to paint them gloss black.

Yes.. I use Krylon Fusion paint for plastic for mine.

They sure can. Just cover the ends so they don't get paint on the connectors.

I painted mine with no problems. I used VHT caliper paint, which I don't recommend. I did mine when it was fairly cold out and I had to put the paint on 3 inches thick to make it all even. Good luck.

Done them on 4 of my cars. I've used adhesion promoter, primer, and straight krylon fusion. All of them have worked as a good base for color.

Nice. So just tape over the spark plug wire hole and the electrical connector and spray paint the entire coil.....the whole thing...?

Yeap, I just stuffed some pieces of paper towel in the plug and connector hole and sprayed.
