I bought this to play around with on my z06, but I no longer have the car and didn't register it. There are 8 credits left, and no licenses.
Comes with OBDII cable, USB cable, and interface. I don't have the CD, but the current version of the software can be downloaded from HPTuners.com.

In order to tune your car you need to register your car to this interface. Depending on the year, make, and model, it costs different amount of credits to register it. Once it's registered, you have a "license" for that car.
For example, I bought this for my 2001 Z06. To register it, I would need to use 2 of the 8 credits to buy a license for that particular VIN. Then I could tune that car as much as I wanted. You can also use a few more credits to register a group of cars: you can use 6 credits to buy a license for ALL 2001 Corvettes. That means you'd be able to tune ANY 2001 Corvette without using more credits.
When you run out of credits, you have to buy more from HPTuners at a cost of $50 each. Check out their site for more info: http://www.hptuners.com/products/vcmsuite_vehicles.php
