Default what size turbo?

Ok guys this is my first turbo build and need some suggestions, and help. I have a buddy that's going to help me fab up the pipes. I've been reading that alot of you guys are running the ebay turbo and Inter cooler and truck manifolds . What i need help on what size turbo(brand),waste gate, blow off valve etc. this will be going on a stock lq9 with 7x,xxx miles. My goals is to hit 500-550 rwhp, maybe more. I have not decided on stall, and cam size yet. I plan on running a set of 3:90 gears that i have laying around. The car weighs around 4000 pounds (83 chevy caprice). Thanks

76mm Turbo, something like a PT7675 or even the Borg Warner S475. Personally I would do the TiAL 60mm, some will say its overkill, but it controls boost good; TiAL 50mm blow off valve as well. Get with Martin @ Tick Performance for a camshaft, or LilJohn. Both can help out a bunch. You will need a set of Valve Springs and Pushrods too. The Brian Tooley Racing ones are a great price, and look good.
