Ran into a heads/cam LS1 Driving home just now, me on 10psi, up from the normal 8psi.
We got into it from a 60 roll, to about 100 and we were dead even. He got off the same exit as me and I talked to him at the light. Much to my surprise he said he had seen my video and thought it was pretty cool.
Didn't get specifics on his setup but he was very impressed.
Can't make this stuff up, good runs and it was refreshing to talk with a nice person.

Are mods non-existent on this forum? I've been over on the MustangForum since 05, and the mod there would've let us play with this Juice guy for a day or two, but would've banned/suspended him at that point.....

Wow Juice, what was the probabilty of that LS1 encounter considering the previous thread you started. If legitimate though, I have to give your Regal props because a Heads/cam LS1 is pretty formidable opponent.

Thank you sir, I'm not sure on the odds. There are quite a few fbody drivers around here. Again I don't know details on the heads/cam setup. Based on where I think I'm at on 10psi it's probably a ported 243/mild cam setup with stock gears or something.

Wow man, you're not reaching or anything are you. I'm glad you made this story up however. Considering I'm set-up a good bit stouter than that fairy tale car you didn't just run, and didn't just stay even with tells me that I would absolutely walk that Regal.

Funny, i live an hour and a half from you and it's been raining all day.
I just texted a buddy in Hartford and he said the same. I guess 400whp FWD street tire cars work great on wet 45 degree roads.
Apparently H/C LS1s don't have any trouble either.
