Adding a splitter to stock head unit to allow mp3 input Does anyone know if you can add a splitter to the cd player data port on the stock monsoon head unit to allow for an auxiliary mp3 input from a device such as an android phone or standard mp3 player? If so what kind of 9 pin data port would I need and what precautions other than disconnecting the battery prior to installation?

GM9-AUX will give you AUX input on the following Monsoon headunits:
1998-2002 Cassette
2000-2002 CD
That is an older model, but it works. There are some other options now, but I don't know much about them.
