sticking rear brakes on 94 Z28?

sticking rear brakes on 94 Z28? When I bought my 94 Z28, the previous owner explained that the ABS light had recently came on. I drove the car and never really paid it much attention. A few months later my brake light comes on. at one point over a few months it would go on and off at certain times, now its always on.
I dont drive her much, so I hadnt really had time to tackle this until now. The outer pad on the drivers rear wheel is ate up pretty bad, and they were recently replaced. Does anyone have any ideas here? I've read where some people have issues with the hose collapsing.
