Need a LOT more info for an intelligent 'guesstimate'. Maintenance history? How many owners? Who was the last owner? Was it a young guy that beat it or is this a one owner adult owned car? That is a lot of mileage no matter what, and even if everything worked perfect I would not pay over $6,000. That allows for a few grand to be put into the car, starting with a large chunk right off the bat for those tires. I realize the price guides are in the $7,000 - $8,000 range but possibly having $10,000 into a 140,000 miles car within a year is not wise financially. Be careful you don't buy a 'money pit'. Good luck!
