White Face Gauge Install
I removed the needles when I installed the gauges and now they are a little off. How can I accurately reinstall them? I attached a pic of them with the car at operating temperature.

mmmm.... the tach looks a little off. I don't know about the rest. remove the needles carefully so that you don't damage the finish of the new gauge face and with the car at normal temp and with the clear cover off reposition the needles were you most accurately feel they should be. There is no easy way around this kind of problem IMO.

What are they recalibrating?
Your suppose to remember where the normal operating positions are and then put the needles back on with the car on, and warm. It's like the first and last step in the instuctions.

turn the ignition on and make a template of the needles and their positions. then shut it off diss assemble everything apply the gauges, and them turn the ignition back on and apply the needles to where they need to be according to your drawing. no easy way around your predicament, to be 100% accurate you will need a recalibration, other than that just guesstimate.

They are fine now, after taking them off and putting them on about 40 times. They are now set in the correct position.
