Default M&H Racemaster vs Mickey Thompson

Currently looking for tires for my 2000 WS6. Currently running n555 Nitto 315/35r17 and not satisfied with traction. The car is a weekend car so wont be driving in wet conditions unless its unexpected. I have looked at both Mickey ET street Radials in a 315/35r17 and wondering what reviews you guys have. Also curious as to if te M&H Racemaster 325/45r17 would fit without any rubbage or clearance issues. Car does not have lowering kit and is a 6spd. Currently loose on traction through 3rd gear and also car is dynoed at 440rwhp. Will run the car are both street and strip.. Thanks guys
