Help me figure this out! 00 Z28 camaro 5.7 with traction control.....car jumps and acts like it wants to catch and go when you mash accelerator but only jerks......any ideas? Im pretty new to this but I'm learning!

Id be happy to give any further information you need to know, like I said Im new to this and just need help.....it happens whether tc is on or off.....like the car wants to go but slips right back off as it grabs the gear
