Default plugs after 2000 miles tell me what you think.

So these plugs have been in for about 2000 miles and im thinking I have done something wrong with the pcv system. I do run a catch can but maybe I have it setup wrong. The tube that normally goes into the throttle body from the drivers side valve cover, I have going to the catch can then from there to the inlet hat of the blower. The pass side I have vented to atmosphere with a filter im not sure where all the oil is coming from wondering if any of you have had this issue?
Also the plugs look to have oil all over them especially at the base. Any suggestions.
This is a 408 with afr heads and a d1 pushing 10 lbs.
