Yes, yes... Another stationary headlight thread. I've searched and found people who only claim that they are going to make their own but then nothing else is ever heard after that. I've seen the breathless kit and that is definitely not worth the grand it costs. Yes, I could make my own but wouldn't get very far. This might be just a rant but I hate mine and I wish there was a kit that didn't cost $1k for garbage (based on reviews).

Yes it's BPP without the clear shell. However, it would be nice if somebody had a kit that was similar; made with better quality materials vs the cheap plastic they used.

I agree, I have tried the BPP kit and switched back to pop up with BLS upgrade. IMO the characteristic look of a firebird is gone with non popups.

I was thinking of modify the hardware in the BPP kit to include 2 projector lights instead of the square and round lights. Should be 2 round lights.

^Agreed. I'm not a fan of the square and round either. It would be nice if the plastic used in BPP kit was replaced with aluminum or another material that was more durable.

Exactly. It would be nice if somebody had made a kit and then marketed to make copies of it and sell them. IMO it seems you pay more the BPP brand (mostly any big brand name) vs the actual quality of the product
