P1-SC won't make that much. You'll have to step up to the F1-A, the D1-SC might work but you'd be spinning it really hard.

Edit: Do you have E85 available? If not, whats your highest octane fuel available?

It's obvious the guy is a n00b, why taunt him? This is a technical forum, not a "make fun of guys who don't know better." forum, well sub-forum at least.

Couple recommendations. First get a hold of Bob at Brute Speed on anything related to Prochargers. Second, think bigger picture. Getting 800+ rwhp will take a lot of planning and this goes beyond compression ratio. Cam selection, tune, forged guts all critical. Beyond this, drive train upgrades as well as suspension will be needed. All adds up to a ton of money. You could get 600 with the P1 and spend a lot less cash.

I agree with LS1Lover that you will need a bigger blower than a P1 to get there - F series is probably your best option. Beware these are not quiet.

Fuel will be the main factor. E85 or race gas id say 10.5-11.5:1, 91-93 octane 9.5-10:1.

The blower can't really support 800 rwhp without raising static compression a lot which will require a high octain gas all the time. (Race fuel)

Thanks, I appreciate it.

I agree, it is going to take a built engine. The stock crank can stay but it will need good rods and pistons. A D-1SC is generally hard pressed to make 800 rwhp. An F-1A is much more efficient in this rwhp range. Our forced induction camshaft would work well for this build, shown here. http://shop.brutespeed.com/Brute-Spe...d-Camshaft.htm
Take a look at the dyno sheet shown in the above link. This was from a 2005 CTS-V. LS2/402, AFR unported 225 heads, our blower cam, 9.5/1 compression ratio, FAST 92 intake, Kooks 1-7/8 headers, and an F-1A at 12.4 psi. It made 864 rwhp. The customer took it to another shops dyno day and it made 900 rwhp on their dyno.

It will require a completely new fuel system to handle this horsepower, $1500.00 can be absorbed into a good fuel system quite easily. Bob
