The temp sensor in the right head (looking from the front of the engine).

Drivers side head, near the first spark plug. The ECM needs this input to function, so don't use that sensor for a gauge. There is a plugged off hole in the rear of the other head that you can use.

Or buy an aeroforce gauge off maryland speed and read what the computer is reading. Wish I had done that instead of buying an engine temp and volt gauge
