what cam and springs in a 5.3? I am putting a 2004 5.3 in my fox mustang. I want to put a cam and valve springs in. what would anyone recomend to gain the most HP. What kind of hp would I be looking at by changing those. It is being changed over to a 750 holley with the MSD box.
