Default 4l80e stuck in limp after swap.

I did a 60-80 swap and had my tuner do a segment swap. At first i did the harness wiring thingy and no luck so the segment swap was done but I re- hooked up all wires that were cut. At first I did a write only and came up with a p0740 code and only 2nd. I read and then did a write entire cleared the code and no change with 2nd. i went back out with the vcm controls and then the 740 came back on as soon as i started the truck, I cleared it and went for a drive around the street which it never came back. When starting out it would start out in 2 but when it went to 3 I think it goes into overdrive as at that low of a speed it started o shudder and lug the engine. when i shut the 1-2 shift off, i have my 1st gear back, but when it shifts into 2nd it goes into overdrive but only lugs the engine and no shuddering. Any help? my fluids full as well.

I went under to see what had power at the harness. This is with KOEO.

Top row R-L:

A-.05
B-.01
C-12.05
D-.02

2nd row:

E-12.05

3rd row:

L-5.00
M-.01
N-10.30
P-10.30
R-10.30
S-0.5

4th row:

T-.01

Is this all correct? I'm pretty sure that pin "S" is supposed to have power as thats the pin thats linked to the P0740 code.
I opened up vcm controls and manually shut off the 1-2 shift I have 1. But when it goes into 2nd, it basically goes into 4 and lugs the motor as I'm not up to speed.

That is beyond my realm of expertise but I wish you luck my friend. If you need wiring diagrams to help you figure it out I can do that just let me know exactly what you need. Make sure you post what the fix is when you do figure it out. School is fun sometimes

Update: when I copied over the tune the segment didn't stick, got the tuner to correct and all's good.
